Disclaimer:

I understand the various risks associated with exercise, online training, in studio training and a training program and I desire to participate. I have consulted a medical physician and have been approved to participate in exercises, online training and a training program. I have not withheld any relevant information regarding my physical condition, which may affect me during or after the session. I agree that Enerchi coaching, Chi Ingledew and Enerchi Fitness trainers/instructors associated are not responsible for any injuries sustained by me during exercise. I hereby release Enerchi coaching, Chi Ingledew and Enerchi Fitness trainers/instructors all parties associated with any responsibility.

By using this site, its contact forms, online and offline (telephonic/email) booking process, you agree to the below terms and conditions and thereby engage in a legal agreement with EnerchiFitness.com.

Conditions of Training:

You confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no disability, impairment or ailment preventing you from engaging in Pilates exercises.
If you are recovering from an injury, surgical procedure or have a medical condition, you confirm that you have obtained your Healthcare Practitioner’s permission to engage in Pilates training.
All possible precautions will be taken for your safety, however, the trainer and the company will not be held responsible for any injuries or held liable for any damages sustained by the client during the program.

Scheduling Procedure and Cancellations:

Appointments can be scheduled online. Alternatively you may contact us via email to assist in scheduling your appointment for you.
After completing your online booking and paying, you will receive an appointment confirmation email confirming the details of your appointment.
Due to the nature of our service and opportunity cost involved, a 24 hour notice period is required when rescheduling sessions. This allows us to assist clients on our waiting list and also ensures that our instructors do not miss an opportunity to earn an income during the canceled time-slot.
Appointments can be rescheduled through the website within your account. Note that the system will not allow you to make changes to your appointment online if you attempt to do so less than 24 hours before your appointment.
All administrative queries, including any appointments changes or billing queries, need to be communicated to EnerchiFitness.com via our email or mobile.
In the event of prolonged absence (e.g. vacations, recovery from an operation, etc), you may choose to reserve your slot for the duration of your absence at the session cost. This is not compulsory, however, it is important to specify your return date to avoid the risk of losing the slot permanently to another client.
Where Groups, Trios and Duet drop in number, the applicable rate will apply, i.e. A Trio drops to two, the Duet rate applies; Duet drops to one person, the Private rate applies.
Fees are increased by approximately 10% annually.

Intellectual Property Rights:

The intellectual property, registered and unregistered trademarks, names, logos, pictures and text displayed on this website are the property of Enerchi Fitness.

All images displayed on the site belong to and/or are licensed to Enerchi Fitness.

We respect your privacy and will not use your information for purposes other than the reasons described below.

EnerchiFitness.com provides private training as per client request at their place of residence or business and as such requires certain personal information in order to carry out this service. Information collected includes your name, mobile number, e-mail address, physical address and certain sensitive information such as your health and medical history.

You may opt-out by not providing any personal information on this site, in which case you may not be able to make use of the services offered.

If you choose to make use of the site (it's contact forms and online booking service), you do so voluntarily and thereby agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The information you provide will be used as follows:

To respond to contact form requests and e-mails
To process scheduling requests
To send billing, appointment confirmations, and reminders
For further sales and marketing purposes

We may also use your contact information to inform you about our services, changes in services, system updates, as well as other relevant news.

When making use of the online scheduling service, the information provided may be shared with Instructors contracted by EnerchiFitness.com in order to provide the service requested.

EnerchiFitness.com may outsource certain business-related functions to other companies. These may include mailing services, scheduling services, payment processing and accounting services. We ensure that only the information required to perform the specific business function is disclosed and also ensure that security measures are in place so that your information remains protected.
