Hip hip hooray!

Let’s jump with joy because by performing Pilates exercises that stretch and strengthen our hips, we can avoid (acute/chronic) pain, injury, improve motion and circulation and release energy.

The hips are a ball and socket joint and one of the largest weight-bearing joints in the body. To keep it moving smoothly, a complex network of bones, cartilage, muscles, ligaments, and tendons must all function together.
